I have realeased version 1.2.2 of best-users-per-month plugin (forked on github from Kai plugin).

Edit: 3 Bugs are fixed:

1) External users error

2) Month name only in page and widget for Jalali date (Year number added)

3) Invariant selected item in dropdownlist in best-users page
