How to make the Answer BOX visible all the time?

Question

Right now the answer box is invisible when theres at least 1 answer. I want to make  it visible all the time.

ps: Im using the default theme, and the answer button is difficult to find because its tiny.

you can do it with adim panel........i did it

go to panel and click view   and

in, Show answer form immediately:

choose always....that's all
