"Hide All Posts From This IP" doesn`t do anything

I have tons of spam coming to me site and when I click on someone`s profile and then select "Hide All Posts From This IP", the button doesn`t turn to "Unhide" so I`m not sure if it`s actually doing the job and hiding all those spam posts.

It should work, which version of Q2A you are using? are you using any plugins?
