i don't think it is possible since points are taken and calculated from a single database for all users.

As others said this is not possible normally in Q2A. Points can only be gained from getting upvotes on questions/answers, and best answer stars.
However, there may be a way to fudge it. You could edit your theme to add X amount of points to a user where you display the points. So a user's real points could be 100, but you display it as 150.
Or perhaps, you could add some hidden questions/answers and generate some upvotes for them from yourself or puppet accounts.
