Translating questions and ask from link

I need a little help with the link. I would like to change the link (more exactly, to translate them).

example:

http://www.domain.com/questions/  (the page with the questions)

to something like  http://www.domain.com/thoughts/

the same think with the ask page and the unanswered questions page.
