Is it possible to see all questions/answers by a user?

I know that in their user profile you can see "Recently asked" and "Recently answered", but is there a way to see a list of all their Q&A's anywhere, like in the admin panel?
(Also a small usability issue with the display in their user profile IMO - under "Recently answered" it shows the regular question template but it's easy to mistake the number of votes as the number of votes on an answer, when it is in fact the question votes.)

I'm afraid it's not currently possible, though you can temporarily increase the "Questions on user page" and "Answers on user page" settings in the 'View' panel of the Admin to see more. This is a good idea for the next major version.
Your other comment is also noted - will think about that...
