Misleading "points" instead of "votes" in Spam Limits

I think we need a renaming here in admin/points:

 

The "Limit from up votes" means 20 votes, not points!

The "Limit from down votes" means 0 votes, not points!

Here what I understood is every up vote receives 5 points and for 20 up votes receive 100 points. After 20 points up votes are counted but no points awarded. Regarding down votes, only votes are counted but no any changes in points. Under Admin/Spam we could be control voting per unit time. Because one user (IP address) can vote once.
