Installation (integrating with wordpress) is not starting when I click 'Create Database'

When I try install Q2A to be used with wordpress, when I click on 'Create Database' it changes the URL to mysite.com/question2answer/wp-admin/install.php, which due to .htaccess displays the same installation page. It does no progress toward installation and displays no errors.

I'm not sure exactly how you're integrated with WordPress, but this sounds like an .htaccess issue - that the .htaccess file that comes with WordPress is interfering with Q2A's requests. So perhaps try removing that and see if it helps.
