WordPress SSO Integration stalls my page with install dialog

Question

WordPress SSO Integration stalls my page with installation dialogue.

Whenever I go to the address http://<domain-name>.<gTLD>/discussion it gives me the install dialogue.

Clicking create database brings me to this screen;

I login there and it brings me to the wp-admin console. I then go back to /discussion page and the whole procedure repeats itself.

Please tell me how to get Q2A working with SSO.
