Okay, I've added this to the close plugin... you don't have to enable closing of questions to enable this, just check the close questions with selected answers checkbox and hit save.

You could write a plugin like the close plugin:

or just modify it to close questions that have a best answer... i could add it in if I have time... maybe tomorrow.
