Bug in 1.5 Beta: Custom Link

Hi there,

I believe there is a bug in 1.5 beta. I added a custom link in the Admin Pages interface and I chose the option "Visible for Everybody." However, when I log out as an admin and visit the site again as a "visitor" the link disappears and is not shown. It is not visible for everybody. How do we fix this?
