You can achieve this in MayroPro-master (similar to SnowFlat) using a plugin I’ve built called Title First Addon. It reorders the question list so the question title appears before the author/meta information in archives and lists.
It’s safe, fully compatible with Q2A, and works without modifying core files. You can download and see the details here:

Installation is simple:
Upload the plugin folder to /qa-plugin/ in your Q2A installation.
Activate it from Admin → Plugins.
After that, your question titles will always appear before the author/meta, just like SnowFlat.
