how can i replace plus sign with dash sign in the urls for tags with more than 2 keywords?

currently if add a tag for example, "PC Problem"  the url show it like " pc+problem",whereas it should show it as "pc-problem"..

 

Any solution for this.

There will probably be a solution for it, but I don't know it. But I'm quit curious, why would you want to replace - by a +?

actually i want to replace '+' by a ' - '... on my website i have opted for ' , (comma) ' as the only separator for the tags.So when i use "pc problem" keyword as a tag,in the url of the tag it shows, "www.mysite.com/tags/pc+problem "....and i want it to be " www.mysite.com/tags/pc-problem"...hope you get my point
