Changing position of FB Login on registration page

Hi all !

This is my post here. I just installed Q&A & I must say it is kickass ! So many options & customizations available !! Thank you very much for the devs.

Now coming to question, I have added FB login, but on registration page it appears at bottom after captcha. How shall I make it appear at the top before username ??
