Could sharing work like on Stack Exchange?

I like the way Share is implemented in some Stack Exchange sites. You click on Share and this little box pops open:

I don't think the Social Sharing Plug-in works that way, does it?

No the Social Sharing Plugin by NoahY not show popup like your image but thats a very good plugin to share post. that plugin which you need i am working on that. i am near to my target. in some day i will launch the same plugin which is in your image,
