How to incorporate post 2 host?

Thinking about setting up a free hosting service which requires users to earn points before they can sign up and was wondering how to go about incorporating Q2A with an open source account creator called The Hosting Tool? It does support most popular forum software and is able to connect to that software and monitor the posts. What would I need to know to be able to set about incorporating Q2A as P2H?

You will need to create a Q2A plugin. it should look into user points after each change and if he was confiremed to have the conditions using P2H API or mail invitation he would be able to access the hosting service.
