How can I pre-fill the contents of the WYSIWIG editor text box?

Hi Everyone,

I love this product, thanks for putting in the effort and making it OSS.

I'd like to guide users of my QA site by pre-populating the textbox inside the WYSIWIG editor to have some structure suggestions when describing their question in their detail.  All I need is to have the WYSIWIG editor come up with some text inside it, however, I want that text to be different when editing a question or an answer.

I've looked at how to pre-populate CKEditor and I got a bit lost - I'm not afraid of code, but I can't say I understand php that well.
