Want to add meta tags to my index page

Hi,

I want to add meta tags to my website, so that it will be more useful for SEO.

When I right click on my website and click on "view source", I can see that there are no much meta tags available and I am looking forward for adding around 3 to 4 different meta tags.

Request, you to let me know, in which page I have to add the meta tags.

Adding meta tags doesn't make sens since search engine, especially google doesn't consider that. Read this http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag.html

If you still want to add than you can write here 

Admin > Layout > Custom HTML in <head> section of every page
