How to install manually ?

I am installing Q&A first time and I don't have any database file (SQL file) that can create whole database. Then how how to install it manually ?

You need to create MySQL database first, then modify qa-config.php file. Enter details of database in that file then access your site and it will provide you instructions to install. Thats all.
