How can we change the qa-nav-user where you have an option to disconnect ?

My qa-nav-user menu bar already has an option to logout that is preconfigured.

Are you referring to the main navigation menu?

I'm not trying to add a logout button, I'm trying to add other things. But to do that, I need to access the qa-nav-user menu code. Where is it ?
