How can I edit question from admin section before approving that question?

In admin section of q/a forum I need view the option to edit the question before approving the question by admin.

Yes I checked the moderation section but using that option we can edit the question after approving, I need to edit before approving (accept or reject) the question. or at the time of accepting or rejecting question
