.htaccess admin section protection

I want to protect admin section with .htaccess and .htpasswd, what section (file maybe qa-include/qa-db-admin.php ?) i should protect. ?

There isn't a specific individual file, so instead you should add a password rule in .htaccess which is specific to requests which start with /admin within your QA directory.
