Edit question page

Hello All,

I try to edit question page,

I need to add bellow nav menu one border like i have one photo

Problem is because when i add this border then this show on every page like home,hot,users ... i need just show on question page ?

Of course it is possible.. Do following

In you stylesheet target body class for the ask page 

.qa-template-ask .your-menu-class{
    /* your css here    */
}

Addition: If this doesn't work than try to write rule with !important
