Only allow registration from spcific domain name?

Is it possible to specify a domain name for emails during registration ? for example I don't want users with emails like Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail to register on my website. Only those who have emails like MyName@MyAddress.com should be able to register.

It is definitely possible. Just implement the filter_email function of a filter module according to your needs.
