Q2A preventing Cpanel creating Error log

I am on 1.6.3 and having problem with one of my plugin

I tried to look at site error log, but it is blank

Contacted to my host and they told me, script is redirecting all problem URL to domain name or something like that, Is this true or they are just making this up?
