Where are the site default avatars stored at ?

Question

I goofed up and loaded my personal avatar in the admin panel there by making it the default avatar,  for the site I want to delete it, But I cant find it, I even took and downloaded a copy of the qta from the ftp and tried doing both a name and file type search  and still could not find it which is weird...
