Once during a site crash I had to restore my site content from google cache and I found it to be too simple. The downside is that many good for nothing people can also do this to copy Q2A sites. The below one is an example.

Actually they have copied many such posts (like >500 in couple of days). I have contacted them via mail and plan to pursue copyright infringement. But I would like to prevent such things from happening in future- at least not so easily, as this is the second such incident for me. Is there anything I can do?
