Muffin theme conflicts with Widget Anywhere plugin

Question

When both Widget Anywhere and Muffin theme are installed, the sidepanel doesn't work properly. Instead of staying below content, the sidepanel is placed above content:

How to replicate the problem:

1. Have Muffin theme and Widget Anywhere activated
2. Load a page in which a widget from Widget Anywhere is activated
3. Downsize the width to 1050px or lower
4. Refresh the page

The problem only happens when you load or refresh a page in a 1050px or lower width. If you simply downsize a window to 1050px the layout won't break. Both Q2A 1.7.4 and 1.8 beta have the same results.
