How do you install booptrap so that its javascript doesn't mess up with other installed plugins?

I use wydget anywhere with some jquerys in this plugin and some boopstrap.

How can I avoid that these needs of the frmawork when defining them in its structure do not conflict with q2amarket sliders or other plugins to mention?
