How do I hide the contents of the site from unregistered users?

Under Admin --> Permissions, I've set all permissions to 'Registered Users' and above.

But I still see the list of questions, categories, tags and users.  I want to hide it all.

Except for new pages that I've added and permitted 'Anybody' to view.
Q2A version: 1.8.6
