I use the SCEditor. What do I have to do so that the links in the questions and answers are "dofollow" instead of "nofollow"?

That is something Q2A is adding. It doesn't matter what editor plugin you are using. You can use my fork of the Q2A Ultimate SEO plugin to whitelist domains and make them "dofollow".
