Few Pro Tips for Freelancer

That gig was about wp sub-sub topic. (But never received order on general wp website creation niche).

Many freelancers are multi-talented. They create a profile on a broad topic and start offering multiple different services.

If you are a doctor programmer and graphics designer at same time and you are offering all the services at your hospital, IT'S NOT GONNA WORK. Hospitals are for patients not for programmers.

Same happens in freelancing. Suppose you know the Python language and you create gig around kind of python task. Then you are not gonna get the exposure that you are supposed to get.

Because the buyer doesn't know that you are also data scientist, app developer, web developer, software engineer. (BTW python can do all these).

    The buyer looking for a data scientist, will search for data scientist.

Same for other niches. If a buyer needs a logo designer, he will not search for a graphics designer. Because he just need a logo designer. He simply need an expert for specific task.

Graphics designers can design yt thumbnails, but they won't offer that skill. They can create yt channel art but they won't offer it. They can design featured blog post image, they won't. They prefer targeting broad niche, graphics designing.  

On the other hand, people are getting orders on remove background services.

If you are good at wp, start offering multiple services. Like wp site design, wp plugins, php themes etc.

This is why some noobs are pro at freelancing platforms. They learn one skill and provide services of that skill.

People learn excel and create gigs around excel. remove duplicates, data visualization, data formatting etc.

They learn removal of background and start offering amz product bg removal etc.

IF YOU DON'T MENTION ABOUT THE SERVICES IN YOUR PROPOSAL THAT HE IS LOOKING FOR, YOU WILL BE IGNORED. SAME IN THE GIGS, MENTION ABOUT THE SERVICES IN TITLES (GET NOTICED).

This is what we call low competition niches. These are the niches, sellers are not talking about. And some other smart sellers start to offer those services assuming as low competition.

Find the right keyword for your services. Not graphics designing. You are expert at background removal. Neither bg removal but bg removal for a specific type. (It's the time to choose the right keyword. Do proper research before choosing any keyword)
