Why i don't have a registration form?

Why I don't get a registration form like this site and all site using q2a have? instead, it sending users to sign up with wordpress.

Q2A version: 1.4.3

This happens if you install Q2A with external user management - this is what happens if you choose to install with integration with the WordPress user database.
