Installation error

On hitting "Create Database including User Management" button it loads the same page and in error logs I see following message : 

PHP Question2Answer MySQL query error 1146: Table 'XXXX.qa_options' doesn't exist - Query: SELECT title, content FROM qa_options

Q2A version: 1.5.2 (latest)

Try removing any plugins that don't come with the core Q2A download, then adding them after installation is complete.
