404 Error With no updates/changes

Hi all, please help me to solve the 404 problem. Iam installing Q2A in 1.5.3 in subfolder

Today I was lost all of my page QA with no reason. Ican't login and can't acces any pages except for mainpages.

[Update i can login now and change permalinks to:

/index.php/123/why-do-birds-sing

How to back to my permanlinks setting

 /123/why-do-birds-sing (requires htaccess file)

 

Please help me
