how to modify html codes of Q&A website ?

hi frnds i hv downloaded QA website and i want to make some changes in that like header name , logo and other things so how can i do i m confuced...pls help me.....

Header name and logo you can set from Admin section. If you want to modify core structure than you need to create advance theme

In your admin area, click layout and check he tickboxes of the area you wish to enable. The more time you spend within the admin area, the more you'll learn.
