Print view plugin is not working?

I installed print view plugin (Question2Answer Print View v 1.0b) and activated. Icon is displaying but it is not working and it is placed behind the favorite star. Please help.

Currently I am using latest version of Google Chrome browser.

I checked this with IE old version and worked well. But the appearence sown above is same.

Not working with latest Firefox browser. Still need your help to solve this problem because I am really interesting on this plugin.
