Hello,

I keep getting "Please click again to confirm" when trying to register a new user.

The log file states the following:

[29-Apr-2014 16:51:55 UTC] PHP Question2Answer form security violation for register by anonymous (code mismatch) on /index.php?qa=register&to=index.php via http://www.askprague.cz/index.php?qa=register&to=index.php

Any help would be appreciated.
