Download the 2 plugins from here:

https://github.com/hybridauth/hybridauth/tree/master/additional-providers/hybridauth-sina
https://github.com/hybridauth/hybridauth/tree/master/additional-providers/hybridauth-qq
 

Copy the content of the 2 zip files into "q2a-open-login/Hybrid" folder. That's it. Configure them from the q2a admin page.
