how to translate for RTL langs?

hi there,

i wanna translate this great script to Persian

i start to translate:

qa-lang-admin.php

qa-lang-emails.php

qa-lang-main.php

qa-lang-options.php

,,,,

but as i save as UTF-8, i will get the red message saying :

Missing 1 in language string main/1_answer

plz help me out

The language phrase '1_answer' in qa-lang-main.php needs the standard digit 1 in it.
