How I can "Turn off the visitor tracking" that my sever provider suggested that

My server provider checked my website and sent me the following suggestion :

It appears the following table is causing many queries:
###################
+---------------+-------------+-----------+--------------+------------------------+
| TABLE_SCHEMA | TABLE_NAME | ROWS_READ | ROWS_CHANGED | ROWS_CHANGED_X_INDEXES |
+---------------+-------------+-----------+--------------+------------------------+
| isalna_isalna | qa_eventlog | 189416452 | 0 | 0 |
+---------------+-------------+-----------+--------------+------------------------+
###################

This table looks to be tracking visitors to the site. This type of activity normally causes these types of high load issues and we recommend against using this. Turning off the visitor tracking should help reduce the overall stress on the server and allow services to operate normally.

That is controlled by the Event Logger plugin. In Admin > Plugins, click "options" next to the Event Logger plugin, untick the boxes, and save.

I disable the event logger plugin,
But it can not be disabled , I see it enable after click on save changes and refresh the page.

Are you sure it's still enabled? When you press 'options' the boxes are still ticked?

You could try removing it entirely, by removing the "event-logger" folder in "qa-plugins" (move it to a completely different place so you can restore it later if needed).
