On hosting site it says I have 20000 inodes and almost out of which 14% are completed

Probably best to read Wikipedia for more information on what inodes are.

I don't really know why you say "only" 20000, you don't say what the actual problem is so we cannot really help you. I'm sure it's fine unless you know that it's causing you a specific problem.
