How to remove that body and html metatag which is created by "q2a-tag-description" for every tag ?

q2a-tag-description creates 

<html><body> </html></body>

for every tag of question.

This is very bad for SEO ,how can we remove this.

Yeah , actually google loves clean code in source of site.
That "body , html" has to be just one in a website but there is more when add tags.So we have to solve it.
