Not sure if I did something wrong with the database, but login information (username and email) is now case-sensitive.

This is not good because in mobile devices, the first letter is often capitalized. So it makes usernames and emails unrecognized.

Not sure if this is Q2A feature or if I did something wrong. I need a solution, at least make emails NOT case-sentive. How can I do that? Thanks.
