Please help me, do you mean delete?
qa-plugin/ event-logger

In Admin/plugins/event-logger options you can see the option to turn it off.

1. Did you follow the advice above? (uncheck both checkboxes under "Administration center > Plugins > Event Logger > Options)
2. Have you tried disabling all non-default plugins? (some plugins can be disabled by unchecking their checkbox under "Administration center > Plugins,"  for others you may need to move the plugin directory out of the $Q2A_DIR/qa-plugins directory)
3. Have you tried profiling a slow operation with your browser's web development tools to identify the bottleneck? If so, what were the results?
by
1-Yes I uncheck both checkboxes under "Administration center > Plugins > Event Logger > Options

 2- Yes, I disabled all non-default plugins
(I couldn't stop the default plugin)

3- Unfortunately, I do not have the experience to identify the bottleneck

Please help me with this and check it yourself. I will send you all the data and I will pay the price and purchase the service
