Would it be possible to ask a question in multiple categories?

If I would like it to be able for a user to select up to three categories what asking a question, what changes would be needed?

Yes and no. Of course tags are *a* solution, but I'm curious about a solution with which people can find the question using the category navigation. And thus, can see the same question in multiple categories.

no it is not posible, tags are only available solution. however a plugin can solve the problem.

what i need is some thing like (see image below)

where user selects category then press add so that you can have more than one category
