When change a title, page has new address

Hi!

I use first type of urls. And i have a problem, discribed in title.

How can I fix it?

It's supposed to be like that to promote a better position in search engines. Since it's not a problem, it doesn't have to be fixed. You should do some research on the importance of url slugs for SEO.
