Is there a way for me to import my wordpress theme's header and footer into Q&A

My wordpress is installed in my root and Q&A is in root/question2answer/ folder

This would be the perfect solution for me but I need the header and possibly footer from wordpress to overwrite the q&a header and footer.

Any suggestions? With much appreciation Leah
