Bug: Best answer button not showing up when loading comment field (via comment-state)

Result: Best answer button is not displayed anymore.

Comments

This is intentional - if the user requests a specific form, other unrelated actions are hidden on the page (also other answer/comment buttons, etc...). It is less relevant now that much Q2A editing happens via Ajax but the idea was to remove visual clutter when the user is in a specific editing mode.
