Fixed the Backup plugin upload functionality.

I've altered the Backup plugin (https://github.com/KrzysztofKielce/q2a-backup) so it's possible to upload files to it. I've also removed some of the rollover functionality on the buttons so they behave themselves on certain themes.

I've also raised a pull request so hopefully the fix can be pushed into the main version.
